We are interested in receiving Mechanical or Electronic Engineering interns. Below are the proposals for dissertation topics:

·  Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with knowledge of optics)

Theme: Optimization of the Binoculars assembly process

Description / Purpose: Identification of failures in the process; identify potential for improvement: ex. reduce the need for reprocessing or preparation for binocular adjustment.

·   Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with knowledge of optics)

Theme: Optimization of the Rangefinding assembly process

Description / Purpose: Understand the interaction between components and electronics: objective – decrease the rejection rate when measuring product performance (laser dissimulation test that measures distance); Identification of failures in the process; identify potential for improvement.
